Eurofortis SIA is a Czech-Latvian educational and consultation centre based in Riga, the capital of Latvia. Since 2007 we have been providing innovative solutions to schools and enterprises. Our main aims are quality development working with the management team and distribution of new educational techniques and ideas amongst teachers. Our enterprise products are primarily aimed at self-assessment of a diverse nature, from complex solutions to small software tools. Our services are divided into two main areas: - Implementation of quality management in schools and businesses using self-assessment based on model of excellence EFQM and CAF - The growth of employees’ personal qualities and competences To ensure our company’s ongoing successful development and its high potential, we co-operate with several international experts and take part in the development of international educational projects supported by EU. In 6 years of activity Eurofortis SIA became one of the most successful companies creating and delivering European ideas and educational products to schools and small/medium businesses. Since 2010 the company’s predominant activity is concentrating on quality management and kompetence building as the pillar for future strategic development of every institution. The services linked with quality management implementation are currently being put into practice in two countries – Latvia and the Czech Republic.
