ETIOVALVES is a company able to provide the following services: _ DESIGN: We design ball Valves from ½ "to 56" Trunnion and Floating side entry entry DBB SBB and Three way ; we provide the project developed in 3D with SOLIDWORKS software and complete with the table setting directly on the customer's drawing. From the project the bill of materials is extrapolated to which the materials requested by the client are assigned. On request we can also perform FEA finished elements analysis complete with diagrams and reference reports. _ PRODUCTION: We produce exclusively on our project Trunnion and Floating ball valves from ½ "to 6" class 150-2500 top entry side entry DBB, SBB and THREE WAY in all materials (carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex, nickel alloys and titanium) and for all services (soft, metal to metal, high temperature cryogenics). The raw materials for the production of valves are purchased in Italy by qualified suppliers and as far as assembly and testing are concerned, we use the collaboration of certified suppliers. _ CONSULTING : We can offer consulting on existing projects where it is needed to have a a verification or an alternative solution to what already exists.
