Overview

Estately is a client-focused property investment and development company based in the fine city of Norwich, UK. We are on a mission to help private angel investors maximise their financial returns by offering a highly competitive % APR on investments secured against UK property, and various joint venture opportunities, whilst making a positive social impact where it is needed most; bringing high-quality housing to the rental market during a UK housing crisis and implementing sustainable practices where possible to the benefit of our planet. Directors Carl Warner and Chloe Tyrrell combine years of knowledge and work experience in the property investment sector, having collectively built out a property portfolio before incorporating as Estately in 2020, totaling a joint asset base worth £1,700,000 as of Q2 2022, with a pipeline of investment development worth a further £7,400,000 for 2022 gross development value. Our Core Principles: We take a strategic perspective in our approach to risk and long-term problem-solving. Integrity, accountability, transparency, and respect are values we are guided by for all investment partnerships. We renovate and elevate UK properties to be structurally sound and to UK government rental regulations; leasing new life into existing housing, creating value and solutions for the UK housing shortage, and ensuring tenant safety. We implement ergonomic floorplans, market-led interior design, and high-quality furnishings and finishes for our tenants; maximising space efficiency, increasing tenant wellbeing, ensuring correct returns on investment predictions, and reducing the risk of future rental voids. We endeavour to make environmentally conscientious decisions when renovating or developing property; we implement sustainable practices wherever possible and continuously explore ways in which we can reduce and offset our carbon footprint.
