Escalation Consultants, Inc. has been assisting shippers in reducing rail expenses for over 40 years. We assist shippers in strategic planning, rail negotiations, streamlining processes, and optimizing clients rail spend. BUT, most of our work is focused on finding and developing new and innovative opportunities for reducing our client’s overall rail expenses. Escalation Consultants also conducts the most widely attended and recommended rail negotiation seminar for shippers throughout North America. Escalation Consultants has spent decades developing tools, programs, and strategies that enable a computer to automatically analyze your movements in order to re-allocate your time to thinking strategically. In January of 2021, we will be launching a comprehensive, lifespan, program called: Rail Cost Control. Rail Cost Control, or RCC, is an all-inclusive program that governs the commercial side of your rail freight. The RCC program reduces the hours needed to deal effectively with railroads by automatically performing all the tasks needed to obtain better rates from your railroads.
