Overview

Your one-stop-shop for aluminum castings and machining, from prototypes to one-off custom products or large production runs. Green sand, permanent mold/gravity-fed die cast, and no-bake capabilities. We also provide product/market development assistance, whether you sell direct, through big-box retail, or through distribution. Ermak’s foundry and machine shop are housed under one roof for efficiency, cost savings and quality control. Our employees have a thorough understanding of the entire product life cycle, from concept to production. Both shops work closely together and with outside partners to produce machined castings of the finest quality. FOUNDRY— We use certified aluminum ingot—319, 333, 355, 356, A356, 713 and 535. We accommodate flask sizes 12" x 14" up to 45" x 45" or larger. We handle runs of one to tens of thousands of pours, ranging from ounces to hundreds of pounds. MACHINING— Our machine shop is equipped with CNC Lathes, CNC Vertical Milling Machines and supporting equipment. We work with stainless steel, steel, aluminum, brass, plastic, and castings. FINISHING— Our finishing processes include machining, heat treating, painting, anodizing, polishing, grinding, and plating. PROTOTYPES— We provide cost analysis of patterns and how to best manufacture your product. For rapid prototyping, master patterns and/or match plates, we normally team with our partners, experts that will get your job done correctly with the highest efficiency.
