Established in 1996, the Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC) is Hong Kong’s statutory body responsible for the implementation of the anti-discrimination ordinances, namely the Sex Discrimination Ordinance, the Disability Discrimination Ordinance, the Family Status Discrimination Ordinance and the Race Discrimination Ordinance. The EOC is committed to the vision of creating a pluralistic and inclusive society free from discrimination.
