Overview
Epsilon Sigma Alpha was formed in 1929 by people who had the desire to learn, grow, and of course serve together. Illinois State University's Alpha Beta chapter of Epsilon Sigma Alpha was formed in 1992 by Jamie Atchison. The Greek translation of Epsilon Sigma Alpha means "the pursuit of learning". Blue and gold comprise the sorority colors. The color blue symbolizes fidelity to purpose and loyalty to ideals, while gold represents achievement and the everlasting life of our values.
