This exciting £8m facility offers state-of-the-art offices and laboratories to a wide range of high-tech businesses. EPIC provides open market access to an ISO class 7 cleanroom and a shared laboratory facilities with specialist equipment to support R&D, prototyping, innovation and testing in emerging technologies. Current capability includes wire bonding, die bonding, fibre alignment, device packaging, X-Ray (CT) microscopy & analysis, laser etching, shared software licences and 3D printing.
