Established in 2013, EnProCon began as a small operation, supplying highly capable project teams to deliver technical and difficult aspects of large projects. This has seen the company form a solid reputation for delivering high quality outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on safety and environmental performance. Building on these strengths, EnProCon, then moved into the principal contractor role, successfully executing and completing engineering and construction projects throughout Australia. We’ve recently undertaken accreditation from the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) for ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environment), and also accreditation from the Australian Standards for AS 4801 (Occupational Health and Safety). These Standards ensure that our services are safe, reliable, quality driven and are industry best practice. We offer competitive value by employing highly competent workforces and best practice processes, with particular focus on lean operations, innovation and technology. We understand that the effective delivery of a project entails having the right systems and the right people in place. Importantly, it requires accurate scope definition, cost control, schedule management and quality control.
