We are a second-generation general contractor firm based in south central Wisconsin, and we proudly offer service throughout the entire state. We’ve been around since 1979, and our partners have over 150 years of combined experience. Needless to say, we know every aspect of our field. Our founder, Gerald L. Wuebben, worked throughout every facet of the construction industry. He formed Encore in order to design and build single family homes. The company soon expanded operations to include multi-family communities and light commercial projects. As Encore Construction grew, it stayed committed to remaining in the top of its field in both home and commercial construction. To that end, Encore Construction formed Encore Homes, Inc. and Encore Commercial, Inc. We provide only the best service because we will accept nothing less. But we keep costs down by being intimately involved in every step of the process, working with you from pre-construction all the way through the length of your warranty on multi-family, mixed-use and commercial construction projects of nearly any size or scope. Over the years, we have earned numerous awards, and our president, Chad Wuebben, has served as president of the Madison Area Builder’s Association as well as on various Wisconsin Builder’s Association committees. He has also been awarded “Builder of the Year” by the Madison Area Builder’s Association. Encore Commercial obtains projects through repeat clients, negotiations with owners, developers, architects and through invitations to bid. We employ qualified individuals who assist in the design, estimating, project management supervising each project.
