We create live in-person satellite events to bring A-list entertainment experiences to people who don't have the time, money, or proximity to see them in major markets. After launching in May 2020, Encore Nights hosted over 1,150 events for over 900K people in Q3'20 through record setting one-night only concert experiences put on by Garth Brooks, Metallica, Blake Shelton with Gwen Stefani and Kane Brown. Encore Nights had two of the most searched for concerts of 2020 globally (2020 Google Trends). With exclusive distribution and streamlined/scaled operations, Encore Nights is poised to reshape the live music distribution industry. 2022 brings about exceptional growth beyond just music and the ability to activate over 1M people per night through premium one-night only experiences across the world.
