The Employee Ownership Association represents employee owned businesses in the UK. Representing over 700 businesses from all corners and all four nations of the UK, we help to unlock the potential of EO for businesses, employees and the economy. Employee ownership gives workers a stake and say in their business. This leads to more engaged, happier and more productive employees. EO businesses tend to be more profitable and resilient, and are better placed to be rooted in local economies. The employee owned sector is growing rapidly in this country, and the UK is now a world leader in demonstrating the impact this model has.
