EMCC Italia is an Italian not-for-profit association, whose aim is to promote the credibility and quality of professional coaching and mentoring in Italy and encourage national and international exchanges between professionals. Our mission is to: 1. Promote the understanding of the goals and practices of coaching and mentoring 2. Contribute to the recognition of coaching and mentoring as professions 3. Provide professional standards for coaching/mentoring practices and training programs 4. Enhance the professional development of coaches/mentors 5. Facilitate contacts between clients and qualified coaches/mentors 6. Increase awareness of evidence-based practices 7. Promote members’ development through their involvement in the association Our values are: 1. Humanity (benevolence, compassion, care, respect, etc.) 2.
