Elephant was founded in 2006. Initially we provided innovative employment law and HR training that was useful, practical and fun. We called ourselves Elephant Training because an elephant never forgets – not realising that some people would think we actually trained elephants! Over the last few years we’ve expanded what we offer, and with our team of 15 people based in Auckland and Wellington, we work with hundreds of companies providing HR advice, people management development and HR coaching and training.
