Electrical Engineering STudents' European assoCiation is an apolitical, non-governmental and non-profit organization for EECS students at universities, institutes and schools of technology. EESTEC LC Patras is one the 54 Local Committees in Europe. It creates opportunities for students to develop in their academic, professional and social lives through workshops, technological events. Currently, EESTEC LC Patras counts 140 members out of those 67 are active at the moment. History: ◾ LC Patras was originally found in 2006. ◾Was a Local Committee (LC) until 2011. ◾Downgraded to Observer in 2012 due to lack of members. ◾Regained LC status in 2015. ◾Was acknowledged as the 1st strongest branch of the Association in 2020.
