We are a Catholic educational entity, operating 22 Flexi schools schools nationally, supporting over 2200 young people who have experienced disadvantage, exclusion and marginalisation. Our unique framework is based on the notion of Common Ground, where power is shared. Young People and adults learn and work together through a model called Operation by Principles; our four principles are Honesty, Respect, Participation, and Safe & Legal. We also support the work of two Special Schools in Sydney.
