EDK Ltd. was founded in 1963 by İsmail Basar. EDK Ltd. designed products to satisfy the expectations and needs of the furniture accessories market. Between the years 1963 - 2008 EDK produced drawers, handles and furniture legs. By the means of its high-quality products become a well-known brand in the furniture accessories market. As a result of developments in the furniture industry, EDK decided to expand its product range by adding furniture fittings since 2008. As from 2008 patented EDK products has been certified according to the international standards of CE and ISO 9001. "Angle T Fitting" as a pioneer product in the market, makes it easy to assemble the furniture for both carpenters and amateurs and thus acclaimed great favour in the market. In 2014, EDK started its export operations. Today EDK is exporting its patented products to many countries around the world.
