EcoYou is today one of the world's leading companies developing and providing sustainable and innovative solutions in the space of construction and bioenergy. We are engaged in 2 lines of business: (i) Manufacture and sale of Sustainable Building materials using non-conventional renewable materials like agri-residue. The Agro-Composite "EcoBoard" are produced by us using agro-waste, a renewable raw material available in abundance in India. We have introduced the technology and perfected it for agro-waste based boards using CCS ( Carbon Capture & Storage) technology. Further, we have also developed India’s first Fire-retardant, Bullet-proof, Formaldehyde-emission-free board using agri-residue making it suitable for exports to western countries. Our production plant that has a capacity of 30 Lakh square meters of boards annually is located in Maharashtra, India. (ii) Supply and erection of Bio-Energy plants by treating from Distilleries, Dairy, Pharma and allied industries. In case of Waste management effluent treatment plants, we have perfected the technology for reduction of BOD and COD in effluent of distilleries by almost 90% and 70% respectively using State of Art technology "CSTR". In the process, not only are pollutants reduced substantially but also a valuable quantity of biogas is recovered as non-conventional renewable energy from the effluent. Such biogas generation provides a clean and green fuel to the parent industry for generation of power. The country saves one million MT of coal annually and saves the fossil fuel. We have so far set up 100 such plants in India and neighbouring countries. These plants process and treat 40,000 cubic meters of effluent daily and make a major contribution to saving the environment.
