Overview

eCommerce MasterPlan was founded by Chloë Thomas in 2012 as an exit route from the digital marketing agency she was running. Via the agency, Chloë couldn’t help as many businesses as she wanted to navigate the journey to successful online selling. There were so many retailers and entrepreneurs making such easily avoided mistakes, and missing out big opportunities that Chloë didn’t want to wait until she sold the agency to help them. In 2012 Chloë created our first tool that online retailers could use to improve their businesses - the book eCommerce MasterPlan: Your 3 Steps to Successful Online Selling. Over the years Chloë’s always done some consulting/advising for retailers, but the main focus has always been to help far more people than she has the bandwidth to help one on one. To give everyone access to the tools and knowledge and inspiration that will enable them to achieve their eCommerce goals faster, with less stress, and more fun! The first book has been followed by another 4 (find them all here) all of which have been/currently are Amazon bestsellers. As well as the books and a little bit of consulting Chloë’s always brought the lessons and messages of eCommerce MasterPlan to a wider audience by speaking at events around the UK and beyond. In recent years that’s evolved into being the host, or chairman at various panels, conferences, and webinars. Including the UK’s largest eCommerce events - Internet Retailing Expo, Internet Retailing Conference, and eCommerce Expo. In 2015 we expanded from live events and books into the wonderful world of podcasting. June 2015 saw the launch of the eCommerce MasterPlan Podcast over the last 5 years it’s just grown and grown, regularly named in lists of the top digital marketing and eCommerce podcasts, and ranking top 20 marketing podcast and higher all over the world. We continue working to find ways to help you plot your route to eCommerce success.
