Panels are custom made at our manufacturing facility located in Tennessee, USA to perfectly match customers plans and specs. Panels are pre-assembled at our plant to ensure right fit and quality before delivery to job-site. This ensures quicker build times on site. Our panels provide superior insulation and strength vs traditional stick framing. R26 for 4.5" thick wall panels and R40 for our 6.5" size. In addition, our panels are 2-3 times stronger than 2X construction.
