Eco Cascade is a Community Interest Company set up to service the primary processing needs of seaweed cultivators - and seaweed product makers - in Scotland. Eco Cascade's mission is to connect cultivator's harvest output with the spectrum of commercial buyers seeking traceable, high quality seaweed product. Eco Cascade is developing a multi-purpose processing facility in the West Highlands to serve the industry, and is growing a collaborative network of commercial buyers, farmers and other stakeholders to help farmers scale their operations for commercial success.
