Overview

Founded in 1960 under the auspices of the Standing Conference of the Canonical Orthodox Bishops in the Americas (SCOBA). The Eastern Orthodox Committee on Scouting's mission is to create, expand, enhance and project a presence of Eastern Orthodox Scouting in the Boy Scouts of America, Girl Scouts USA, and Camp Fire Boys and Girls.
