e-Valuate provided valuation services and reporting to alternative investment investors and private equity holders. In addition to valuation services, research services and association memberships were made available to a network of venture capitalists, incubators, and investors who engaged e-Valuate’s services. Within a decade of its founding, e-Valuate was sold to a larger financial firm and management team.
