About us Dynastes is an engineering company specialized in the railway-signalling sector. Dynastes started in 1991 on the initiative of its founding partners, Silvio Chiacchiararelli and Paolo Mazzei, who merged within the company different professional experiences and skills: a purely railway one and the other which is computers science and electronics. The synergistic combination of those skills and professional experiences has given life to a company that is specialized in designing railway-signalling systems and in the development of devices and software tools for the railway safety and the railway signalling. The Mercuri’s shareholding of the Eredi G. Mercuri SpA, a leading company in the railway market, has further strengthened Dynastes. This has allowed to boost up the sector of the innovative services for the development of safety critical systems, both hardware and software, in the railway-signalling field, in which Dynastes has been achieving a solid market position over time. RFI (Rete Ferroviaria Italiana) has enrolled Dynastes in the RFI's Registers as accredited company to perform specific activities related to railway safety. In particular, RFI has authorized Dynastes to perform auditing of the railway signalling designings and technical verification and commissioning of the railway signalling systems. The Dynastes’s staff consists of about 20 collaborators, including internal and external staff. It is a highly skilled and qualified staff according to the standards identified in the Italian railway sector by RFI. The company staff I enrolled in the RFI’s Registers. Ongoing training guarantees knowledge and skills growth, so to adapt to the continuous changes both technologic and of the regulatory framework.
