Dynamic International Airways is a certified 14 CFR, Part 121 Air Carrier operating a fleet of Boeing 767-200/300 aircraft. In the past, Dynamic International Airways operated mostly for other carriers and tour operators under wet lease agreements. In 2014, Dynamic International started its own passenger service in multiple markets including China, Saipan, Guam, Hong Kong, Guyana and Brazil.
