D-Vine is a French company which supplies hotels and restaurants with some fifty references of Grands Crus by the glass, served in perfect conditions. Thanks to the D-Vine and the flacons with an RFID tag, all the team members can serve Grands Crus in perfect simplicity, without loss or investment. Today, more than 200 establishments, 3 to 5-stars hotels or restaurants, have equipped their bar, restaurant, or even their suites with the D-Vine. A unique solution to propose an unprecedented tasting to their customers… The D-Vine has also seduced private users who wish to offer their guests a wine bar experience at home. Today, almost a hundred households are equipped with the D-Vine. It took 4 years of research and development to set up the D-Vine. The idea was born from the partnership of three engineer friends: Thibaut Jarrousse, Jérôme Pasquet and Luis Da Silva, united by a common passion for wine. It took root during a wine gateway… How to enjoy a glass of wine at any time in the same service conditions as a wine waiter would have done at the restaurant? The trio worked to imagine and develop the first prototype of the D-Vine… The first connected wine waiter which aerates and puts to the right temperature the wine of the flacons, in less than a minute.
