Non-profit foundation dedicated to stimulating diversity, inclusion and anti-racism in the Dutch marketing industry. The foundation's fund and programs aim to unite all companies (e.g. brands, media, agencies) and organizations (e.g. awards, associations) to participate in research and education (management, talent). The foundation's founders and partners commit to real action and change, in responsible, positive, respectful, open, collaborative, transparent and accountable ways.
