Drop the Ego is a non for profit foundation with a focus on raising awareness surrounding mental health problems within the music and events industries. Through awareness events, social channels, promoted events and sponsored talks we aim to stop the stigma surrounding mental health and allow people to have a platform to discuss their problems openly with others who also struggle daily. Through our Ambassador program and our podcasts we aim to be able to make mental health a more open subject to discuss. We like to think of it as building mental strength. We can help to provide care and support and direction to get you the right help.
