Draco Property Management (DPM) is a property holding and investing firm. We invest primarily in Central Florida residential and commercial real estate. As of 2013, the business manages >30 asset investments. We fund short-term mortgages, ranging in value from $25k to $180k under first lien terms to underbanked borrowers and local real-estate investors. We employ a network of trusted mortgage brokers and title agents to source borrowers and intermediate transactions A well-known holding of DPM is Froggy’s Saloon in Daytona Beach, which receives upwards of 500K visitors annually.
