Overview

In personal injury and workers' compensation cases many of the psych reports submitted to the courts are substantially flawed. They arrive at completely incorrect and untenable conclusions. However, when presented to a judge, jury or the opposing attorney they sound credible. Unfortunately, only another psychologists, neuropsychologists or psychiatrists can successfully detect the problems. Attorneys can't typically do that without extensive training since they're experts in the law, not psychology. That's where I come in. I write Apricots™.
