Overview

How is our work culture different? * We are open to hiring people of any age (16 to 70), sexualities and physical disabilities (our office is wheelchair friendly and free from unnecessary sympathy) as long as they have a growth mindset. Everyone is treated equally, irrespective of position and hierarchy. * The leadership positions are taken on a rotational basis daily within each team, so everyone gets to be on both sides of the table. We are only willing to hire people with similar attitudes who teach and learn together regardless of age and other qualifications and are open to criticism and improvement. * We have one day a week for learning and growth, where we exchange information, sit together, debate, discuss, and grow our knowledge. We focus on the overall development of everyone working with us rather than just getting our work done. * We organise classes on personal development, mental health management, free gym access, personal finance management, investment classes, and so much more. Employees can access learning portals like udemy and masterclass for their learning endeavours and interests. What do we do? We are a Personal Care brand that aims to make self-care products for people struggling with special skin conditions. We currently make skin, hair and body care products for men and women struggling with skin conditions.
