Dorm Dish really began when founder, Austin Fanning was an epicurious student at Texas A&M in 2012. Raised on authentic and delicious home cooked meals, Austin found it necessary to keep that comfort of home by making copycat recipes like Chicken Spaghetti, Jambalaya, and Chicken N Rice. As an offshoot of Austin’s catering company, The Nutyy Pig , Dorm Dish has been carefully curated by serving thousands of meals to students from all categories of Texas A&M’s diverse student base.
