Overview

Donati Immobiliare Group (DIG) is an Italian-born international development company with a 40 year history. We operate in Italy, the UK and the U.S, with a primary focus on the Rome, London and New York markets. Our approach is founded on lessons learnt from Italy, where quality of finish, cost efficiency and speed of delivery are paramount. In the UK, developments span the commercial, mixed-use and residential sectors, and current projects include a residential scheme in Hackney Wick in East London and a major refurbishment of a large house in Gerrards Cross. Donati SPA, our 40 year old Italian construction company, builds our developments via its UK arm, Donati Costruzioni. The schemes we deliver are envisioned to add value to the local community, both aesthetically and through their use upon completion. We create places where we would be happy to live and work. This sets the standard and drives everything we do. Environmentally, we develop to the highest standards, register all of our sites with the Considerate Constuctors Scheme (CCS) and design for BREEAM standards on new build schemes. We’re actively looking for other opportunities in and around London to deliver high quality, residentially-led, mixed-use developments.
