Dominus have been developing residential real estate and providing development advisory services since 2001. Our schemes vary from 15-129 units across various parts of London. Since 2011, we have been working in partnership with Sond Construction. Our team compromises of 22 property development professionals specialising in site acquisition, planning risk, corporate finance, construction management, design and marketing, and an in house sales team. We work with specialist external consultants and development funders, most of whom have supported us for many years. Our developments are mostly residential led mized used developments with sizes ranging between 25 and 130 units. Most are located in London, outside Prime Central London. Developments are untaken in SPV's owned by the Mason and Sond families, together with third party investors for some of the larger projects.
