We are an employee-run organization of the U.S. Department of Justice that advocates for gender equity and equality in the federal government. Since our founding in 2016, we’ve worked to promote and enhance equal and supportive treatment of all federal employees and contractors regardless of gender. We have 1,500 members located throughout the United States.
