Amongst our accomplishments since early 2020 : - Acquisition of a software editor (turnover €7m) by another software editor - Sale of an industrial company (turnover €20m) by an individual buyer backed by a family office - Acquisition of a software editor (turnover €10m) by another software editor - Merger between two industrial companies (cumulated turnover ca. €500m) - Acquisition of a software company by another software company (turnover ca. €40m)
