Overview

Diversity representation does not automatically lead to a better workplace and improved financial results. To succeed with utilizing diversity as an innovative force, companies must create a safe and inclusive culture where employees feel comfortable contributing with new and different ideas that boosts the company's ability to achieve its goals. This is not done over night, and definitely not by recruiting diversity alone. The Diversity Index is a low-effort-high-insight tool that reveals companies diversity maturity level, meaning their ability to create safety and inclusion across diversity traits in their organization, and how it is being utilized to create business value. Our approach gives comapnies valueable diversity data that can be used to improve with precision. The index is a survey-based measurement in accordance with the Norwegian Standard for Diversity Leadership (NS 11201) and the Norwegian Government's White Paper on State-Owned Companies (Meld. St. 6 2022-23). We also support companies with creating and operationalizing diversity strategies to tangible activities and outcomes through collaboration with consultants from a major concultancy company and other leading experts on diversity. This ensures deliveries are of the highest quality and an integrated part of corporate governance.
