Founded in 2022 Diversify is an agency specialising in bridging the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion gap in the professional world. We specialise in finding and developing diverse talent from a variety of backgrounds. At our core, we believe the solution to sustained DEI change is a holistic end to end one. We were founded with the mission of firstly making it easier for businesses to connect with and hire talented candidates from underrepresented communities, specifically (BAME) and Muslim communities. Second to work with UK businesses to create something that has never existed before – a fully transparent, fair, and equal working world.
