ANC 4C includes the Columbia Heights, Petworth and Sixteenth Street Heights neighborhoods in The District of Columbia. Ten commissioners represent these diverse communities. Public meetings are held on the second Wednesday of every month beginning at 6:30pm, and take place in the community meeting room at the Petworth Branch of the DC Public Library, located at 4200 Kansas Ave NW,at the intersection of Kansas, Upshur, and Georgia Ave NW.
