Distillation Equipment Company Ltd (DtEC) is a chemical engineering company based in Stone, Staffordshire, England. We are specialists in the design, manufacture and installation of mass transfer equipment for distillation and absorption columns and pressure vessels. Our product portfolio includes all equipment - items that are used inside columns and pressure vessels such as: Trays (e.g. valve, sieve, bubble cap, proprietary etc.) Random Packing (e.g. pall rings & saddles, DMTP & DMR, proprietary) Structured & Grid Packing (e.g. high efficiency & high capacity) Packed tower internals (e.g. support plate/grids, liquid distributors, bed limiters (hold down grids), chimney trays, vane inlet devices (VID's) etc.) Reactor internals (e.g. scale catching trays, distributor trays, quench mixing assemblies, catalyst support grids etc.) Mist eliminators (mesh and chevron (vane) type) DtEC provides innovative mass transfer solutions for distillation and gas absorption applications. Our first objective is improve the overall performance of conventional trays and internals. A second objective is to provide all of our clients with more choice for their distillation and absorption column projects. Since our foundation in 1998, we have successfully supplied trays, internals, random packing, structured packing, reactor internals and mist eliminators for over 1,000 columns.
