WHO WE ARE The Defence and International Security institute is a non-profit, non-partisan, semi-public institution dedicated to informing the public about science and policy issues affecting international security and defence. The Institute is an independent international think-tank. It is the podium of choice for many leaders and senior policy makers and is ideally placed to attract high-quality speakers and audience. Our events vary in size and format from intimate round tables to large conferences. WHAT WE DO We maintain a wide range of multidisciplinary research. It focuses on the areas of Military Sciences, International Security Studies, National Security and Resilience, Chemical, Biological, Radioactive and Nuclear Proliferation, Financial Crime, Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience, Defence, Industries and Society.
