Dikaios International is a multifunctional integrated firm of professional men and women dedicated to serving Catholic religious congregations and other purpose-driven organizations based or operating in Italy. Dikaios has more than thirty-five years of experience in assisting purpose-driven clients working in the Italian environment and it prides itself on being able to identify those solutions which best fit the needs of the organization in Italy while respecting the organization’s mission and original culture. Dikaios offers services in the areas of civil, ecclesiastical and canon law, the law of foundations and associations, tax, accounting and administrative law, and labor and employment regulations at the national and international levels. Dikaios' integrated approach in dealing with its client’s problems ensures that the client will receive from Dikaios a one-stop comprehensive answer to its question. Dikaios also assists its clients in the resolution of legal disputes both before the ordinary court jurisdiction and in mediation and arbitration proceedings. Dikaios has a management team of four full-time Rome-based lawyers working in close, daily contact with ten professionals in offices in Rome, Milan, Paris, Lyon, London, Madrid and New York.
