Deverify helps companies assess their Ruby on Rails developers' coding skills with real projects to make sure they are a good fit, before hiring them. We believe developers need to be in a well-known environment to succeed in technical tests. We let companies easily share coding challenges that were Rails applications, where candidates had to complete real tasks (new feature and bug solving), in our private Gitlab environment. We simulated their first day of work - enabling them to show all their potential to the company. Once the candidate has completed the tasks, the company gets a personalized and actionable report that provides complete insights about the candidate's level and skills; it helps them make an informed decision, with objective data. We save companies days of work and provide them with a comprehensible report that helps them make an informed decision. Tech people can also check the developer code to form their own opinion. In 2018, Deverify was acquired by Devskiller to enrich their Ruby On Rails coding tests offer.
