Delta Tooling (Horsham) Limited are committed to providing our clients in the manufacturing and product development sectors in a variety of industries, with a full range of high quality 5 Axis, 5 Axis Positional and 3D CNC precision machining services for prototypes, 1 offs and small production batches in an extensive range of materials from Tooling Board through to Titanium and other exotic materials used in the Aerospace, Defence, Medical and Motorsport sectors of industry. We ensure that our clients receive advice and help from our experienced, time served and qualified engineers in practical terms that they understand, enabling client confidence and long term working relationships to be quickly established that will stand the test of time. Using the latest technologies and management systems in conjunction with our suppliers and staff we provide exacting solutions that add tangible value to our customers business, at a competitive price. We work with our clients to help in the development of their components to minimise delays in manufacture and time to market of their final product. We have an ongoing investment and improvement programme for our CNC Machines, CAD / CAM software and inspection and quality control equipment and all relevant back up facilities to enable us to offer a consistent high quality supply of finished components with minimum lead time from client’s initial enquiry, through prompt and rapid quotation to product delivery. We have a committed environmental programme of recycling and eliminating waste, and reducing to a bare minimum all materials used in the offices and workshops, thus maintaining the lowest possible environmental impact.
