Delight was founded with the intention to make authentic Yoga accessible to everyone. What started as one studio on the Weteringschans in Amsterdam has now grown into five studios in Amsterdam and Den Haag, an online platform, an extensive program of workshops and courses, and personal treatments and consultations that help people around the world feel connected in mind, body, and heart. We envision a world of loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity, and we believe that Yoga & Ayurveda give us the tools we need to make this our reality.
