DeepIdeas was founded in April 2021 as a business cooperation between Hospitality Digital GmbH, a subsidiary of METRO AG, and Datalogue GmbH. Based on its foundation, DeepIdeas combines the expertise in the digitalization area of Hospitality.digital with the data expertise of Datalogue. Referring to its METRO background, the strategic focus on the HoReCa industry is evident with simultaneous cross-industry expertise. Hospitality Digital GmbH was founded in 2021 as an entirely owned subsidiary of Metro AG and is the market leader for digital solutions in the HoReCa sector in over 15 European countries. Currently, more than 240,000 restaurateurs are already using its digital hospitality solutions, which range from a website solution, a table reservation system, an ordering system and soon a POS system at its dish.co platform. Datalogue was founded in 2012 and specializes in generating maximum value from internal and external data for its clients. Headquartered in Hamburg, with offices in Zurich and Amsterdam, their product portfolio includes customer data analytics, data-driven sales campaigns and related business consulting.
