Overview

Every 10 minutes in the UK a woman quits her job, due to lack of support. We stop that from happening in your team. Maybe you are thinking “well why didn’t she ask for support?” Asking for help is hard. We’ve all been there, at one point or another, thinking 'I don't want to bother anyone, I'll crack on. I'll be alright.' For whatever reason, something in that moment compelled us to keep it all inside. That’s if we can even find the time and headspace to ASK for help What if we didn't have to ask for help? What if the attention of those around us shifted towards a preventive approach instead of a reactive one? What if during life’s biggest moments - I’m talking pregnancy & parenthood - people were offered support when they needed it? We know that often people don't speak up until it's too late. That's why we do things differently at Dearbump. We don't wait for people to reach rock bottom. We initiate support. Our amazing team of health experts check-in with your people regularly to prevent them from reaching that crisis point.
