DataStor IT offers organisations the facility to obtain ad-hoc and interim maintenance and technical services. After spending many years working for third party maintenance companies it became apparent that clients were seeking flexible technical and maintenance support service levels that were not currently being offered to them by their exisiting support providers. The level of flexibility they were wanting to obtain was difficult to source in the UK and mainland Europe. With this strategy in mind, DataStor IT formed to provide these services worldwide. The team of technical consultants at DataStor IT deliver a ‘follow the sun’ technical resource solution to our clients. This provides our clients access to these resources regardless of where their organisation’s offices are located. Our online customer portal enables clients to directly access any tickets they have raised to fully understand the current status of their reported fault. This process streamlines the monitoring of any technical requests from initial contact through to final resolution. Having the ability to centrally manage and deliver many of our service solutions in-house enables DataStor IT to maintain quality and a level of service that clients should expect from an IT services provider.
