Dataphysics Instruments GmbH develops and distributes highly specialized, application-targeted measuring instruments within the field of surface and interfacial science. Our extended range of analysis equipment allows the non-destructive determination of chemical and physical properties of solid substrates and liquids surfaces as well as interfaces between different states of aggregation.
