Dao Ethical Gifts is a Business to Business social enterprise where corporations share their values and ideas for ethical gifts that give back. Marginalized women are empowered through emotional support, extra income, and skill based trainings. Dao Women's Empowerment Program builds the capacity of marginalized women living in slums and construction site camps in Thailand. Each woman receives trainings in work readiness skills, sewing, and handicrafts as well as innovative life coaching in order to achieve their long-term goals including financial literacy, small business plans, and construction sector skill development. Because we believe, that every woman and girl, no matter where they are from, deserves to live out their dreams. Through this project, we aim to bring a sparkle back into the eyes of women most in need: breaking the cycle of poverty, building ambition and hope for a brighter future.
